How to enagage with Intelligent Enterprise Security
Our process between confirming your needs to protecting your environment is methodical and rapid.
POC
Once you've seen Huntsman® in action in a demo, you may wish to see how it performs in your environment with our own data. We’ll scope your needs and quickly configure Huntsman® so you can quantify results with a Proof of Concept.
Confirmation
When the POC confirms Huntsman’s capability with your own data, we’ll scope your requirements for an initial or whole-enterprise deployment. This will enable us to confirm pricing, milestones and an implementation strategy to ensure close alignment with your expectations.
Deployment
Your initial Huntsman® deployment may be for a defined result (e.g. fraud prevention in one unit or across the whole enterprise) or to achieve full security, data protection and compliance capability (in one section or across the enterprise). In all cases, we will work through with you the architecture design, hardware configuration and data sources to be collected, and the alerts and reports you seek. We will then sequentially deploy a fully operational licence of Huntsman® and test to those specifications in close consultation with you. See more details of deployment here.
Training
We provide you and your relevant staff with comprehensive, interactive instructor-lead training programs for Huntsman® which combine formal lectures, class discussions and practical exercises. This format ensures practical understanding and use of Huntsman® for both your administration and business users. See details here.
Support
Huntsman® has been designed to be low maintenance. Unlike traditional systems, its intelligent design means it doesn’t need daily tuning or updating to keep up with constantly-changing security or compliance environments. This is why our support can focus on feature enhancements, maintenance and giving you direct access to specialists for answers to specific product-related questions, rather than constant disruptive updates.
Updates
We listen to our customers and constantly enhance the functionality of Huntsman® software to meet their needs. These and any bug fixes are released in new versions twice per year. If you maintain a Huntsman® Support and Maintenance Agreement you will automatically receive these updates. See details here.
